INDIVIDUAL Counselling

Individual Counselling is available for individuals looking for personal support, and is tailored to personal need and circumstance.   Individuals have the option of working with one or two counsellors in the room for sessions, and have the option of 50 minute or 75 minute sessions. We encourage all individuals to book a Coffee and Chat prior to booking an Intake Session. Issues commonly addressed in Individual Counselling include, but are not limited to:
